1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Complex Data Insights website and any digital products or resources offered through the site. By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase products.

2. Products and access

CDI offers digital educational resources such as guides, lesson content, datasets, templates, and other downloadable or online materials ("Products"). Products may be delivered via download links, your account page, email delivery, or online access, depending on the item.

Availability, formats, and included items may change over time as CDI evolves.

3. License and permitted use

When you purchase or access a Product, CDI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

Permitted use

• Access and use Products for your own learning, skill-building, and personal portfolio development.
• Use included code examples for your personal projects and learning exercises.
• Print a reasonable number of copies for your own use (if a Product is printable).

Not permitted

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of Products (including files, downloads, or access links) with others.
• Posting Products or substantial portions of Products publicly (including on file-sharing sites, repositories, or group chats).
• Using Products to create or sell competing products that copy substantial content, structure, or instructional materials.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and supported payment providers (such as Stripe and WooPayments). By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize CDI and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Prices are listed exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Digital products are delivered electronically.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Because CDI Products are digital and delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted or a download is provided.

We may approve a refund in limited cases

• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Product more than once.
• Technical issue: You cannot access or download a Product due to a verified technical problem, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
• Incorrect product delivery: You received a different Product than the one you purchased.

To request help or a refund review, contact us at info@complexdatainsights.com and include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in loss of access to Products and future purchasing restrictions.

6. Accounts and security

Some site features (such as downloads, order history, or access to premium resources) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual property

CDI content, including text, visuals, templates, datasets, and code examples (unless otherwise stated), is owned by Complex Data Insights and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership to you.

If a Product includes third-party content, trademarks, or datasets, those remain the property of their respective owners and are used according to their licenses.

9. Updates to products and site

CDI may update Products, site features, and pricing over time. If you purchased a Product that includes updates, access to those updates will be provided through your account or download area as available.

CDI may also modify these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers

CDI provides educational information and resources. Content is offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CDI does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as employment, admissions, certifications, revenue, or research results) from the use of the site or Products.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or Products.

CDI's total liability for any claim related to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

12. Termination

CDI may suspend or terminate access to the site or Products if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of Products. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to CDI.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Complex Data Insights operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, disputes will be handled in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
