This hands-on CDI Practical guides you through a complete reporting workflow using synthetic, analysis-ready RNA-Seq outputs. You will connect data provenance, quality-control evidence, differential expression results, functional enrichment, figures, interpretation, limitations, and software records in one Quarto project.

Tools and prerequisites
The workflow uses R, Quarto, and the tidyverse, ggrepel, gt, here, and sessioninfo packages. Basic familiarity with R and RNA-Seq results is helpful. The practical starts from completed analysis outputs; raw FASTQ processing, alignment, count generation, and differential expression modelling are outside its scope.
